As I understand the AZ statutes, you have to be a licensed dispensary to be able to sell to another dispensary. If you grow for yourself as a patient or for someone else as a caregiver, any extra product cannot be sold to a dispensary. It must be gifted, as in given away for free.
Please correct me if I am wrong, but I have been researching this for quite a while, even talking to people at local dispensaries. This sucks as I would like to like to pursue a smallish, boutique grow operation.

I am currently a resident of Pennsylvania looking for a job in the MMJ industry. I am also a student at Colorado Technical university, where I am almost completed with my Bachelors in criminal justice, social filed. I have been focusing on juveniles with a dual diagnosis; chemical dependency and mental disorders. I have lived a rough life and only want to contribute what I have learned back into the youth of our nation and to the adults that have yet to learn how to cope without self-medicating.
Furthermore, I have been a coinsurer of marijuana since the first time I had ever smoked it. I have learned, and continue to learn cultivation methods, curing methods, strain potency and origin of the specific strain or cross of strains. In all honesty, I am not sure if the job I am looking for even exist yet, but I would really like to be a counselor at a dispensary, that helps patients and recreationalists’ figure out what strain or cross of strains would be the most suitable for their condition or conditions. I am very educated about the different strains there are out there and what there medicinal values are. If anyone can guide me in the right direction I would be most grateful.
